This warranty applies to products installed according to Mango Flooring installation guidelines and used under recommended conditions.
What This Warranty Covers
Under normal use, this warranty covers:
◉ Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
◉ Structural integrity of the SPC rigid core
◉ Surface wear, staining, and fading under normal conditions
◉ Waterproof performance when properly installed
◉ Click-lock system performance (Unilin® click-lock system
Advanced Surface Protection
Mango Flooring products feature integrated Super Protect™ surface technology, designed to resist micro-scratches, stains, and everyday wear within a unified protective system. This warranty ensures the surface layer maintains its performance when used as intended.
Warranty Duration
◉ Residential Use: Limited Lifetime Warranty
◉ Light Commercial Use: Limited Commercial Warranty (terms vary by product line)
Warranty duration begins from the original date of purchase.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
◉ Damage caused by improper installation or failure to follow installation guidelines
◉ Normal wear and tear beyond rated usage
◉ Damage caused by moisture intrusion from subfloors or flooding
◉ Scratches, dents, or damage caused by abuse, negligence, or misuse
◉ Color variations between samples, images, or production batches
◉ Damage caused by rolling loads, heavy furniture without protection, or sharp objects
◉ Installation labor, removal costs, or replacement costs beyond the product itself
Installation Requirements
To maintain warranty validity:

◉ Subfloors must be properly prepared and meet specifications
◉ Flooring must be acclimated as recommended
◉ Installation must be completed by qualified installers
Failure to comply with installation guidelines may void this warranty.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
